Harish Julka is CTO & COO at GreenPoint Global. Harish heads the technology & development team and has spearheaded development of several internal and client systems including GreenPoint's education services product -DarwinPrep. Harish leads technical RFI/RFP bid responses and has worked directly with clients to turn their vision into requirement definitions. His role has encompassed management of all aspects of time, cost, software and hardware requirements, team size and structure.

He has over 17 years' experience and has worked in the U.S. and U.K. on systems, from conception and development to delivery and maintenance. Most recently, he worked at Credit Suisse to build a web based workflow management system for cash flow across legal entities. The project scope incorporated different levels of approvals, states, and notifications.

Harish holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, from ITM Mumbai, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, and an Engineering diploma in Textile Technology from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
