Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Founder

 

Dr. Sanjay Sharma founded GreenPoint in 2003 as an outsourcing services provider specializing in the publishing industry. From its beginning in Mumbai with 30 employees, GreenPoint has expanded across three continents with hundreds of employees. The company has diversified into Call Center, Engineering, Legal, Software and Education services. Over the last eight years, GreenPoint has established itself as a leading global business services supplier.

 

Jacklyn A Karceski, Global General Manager

 

Jacklyn has more than 20 years of financial and operational management experience with successful technology start-ups, large financial organizations and three big consulting firms. Prior to joining GreenPoint, Karceski was a principal of 1020 Partners, a service consulting and investment firm targeted towards high-tech start-ups and early stage capital formation. Karceski is a CPA and is a graduate of the International Economics and Public Policy Program of Harvard University. She also holds a MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

 

Richard Tabachnik, Director of Israel Operations

 

Richard is responsible for integrating the global GreenPoint services by formulating and executing long-term strategies. Prior to joining GreenPoint, Richard was the Executive Director of Israel’s Greenpeace Mediterranean office. He has also worked internationally in the non-profit world as a senior manager and fundraiser, helping to improve the organizations he has worked with. Richard is an attorney who graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.

 

Nagesh Pai, Director of India Operations

 

Nagesh has been heading the Indian operations since 2005, seeing the team grow from 40 employees to over 300. Nagesh is responsible for ensuring that the Indian branch delivers the most cost-effective and accurate solutions to GreenPoint’s clients worldwide. For over 15 years, Nagesh has overseen operations involving conceptualization, setting up and strategic management of profit centers and has held executive positions at DNC and Datamatics. Nagesh holds a BS and is a graduate in commerce from Mumbai University.

 

Brian T. Kenner, Managing Director of Legal Services and General Counsel

 

Brian brings a distinctive, successful history in law and business to GreenPoint Global. He was a trial partner with the Boston law firm of Nutter, McClennen & Fish, where he led teams handling complex business and insurance coverage litigation. He then moved to the business side of legal services and held various leadership positions with Zurich Insurance. Prior to joining GreenPoint, he was Vice President and Director of Staff Legal Operations at Zurich.
Brian received his J.D. from George Washington Law School and his B.A. from Syracuse University.

 

Moran Katz, Chief Information Officer

 

Moran brings more than 17 years’ experience running IT operations globally. Most recently, Moran served as IT Manager for International SOS, the world’s leading international health care, Medical and security assistance, and concierge services company. In this position, his role provided systems support and leadership in the development of applications and programs throughout the global organization. During his tenure in IT, Moran has managed multiple system integrations, mergers, and acquisitions and has led organizations through major technical transformations. Moran received his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa.

 

John Schlener, Managing Director, Publishing Services

 

John has over 19 years of business development experience serving publishers, Fortune 1000 companies and the academic community in areas ranging from content creation, management and electronic workflow to BPO / KPO and ASP / SaaS / Cloud computing. Additional knowledge was gained through his roles in account management, customer service and programming. Prior to joining GreenPoint, he led the eBook sales efforts in the US at one of the world’s leading subscription services companies yielding growth in that area and a well rounded perspective of content from publisher’s offerings to academic and schools adoption.

 

Rivkah Maisel, Director of Strategic Account Management, Publishing

 

Rivkah manages some of our largest and crucial relationships with multinational clients in content and editing projects. Her experience in account management was gained from her years at Hecht-May, Estee Lauder and Sinai hospital in Baltimore. In 2008, Rivkah joined GreenPoint, where she utilizes her understanding of global project development and client retention. Rivkah holds a BS from University of Maryland.

 

Aryeh Eisenberg, Director of Education Services

 

Aryeh serves as the Director of Education of Tomorrow’s Genius. He has spent his entire career in education, striving to create new learning opportunities for students and parents. Aryeh has served as technological administrator at two large private schools and as a consultant for many other educational institutions and organizations. Aryeh holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MA Ed. from Touro College.

 

Pramod Dubey, Director of Quality

 

Pramod develops and executes the global quality management (QM) strategy, ensuring that GreenPoint is certified to international standards like ISO 9001:2008 and 27001:2005. Before joining GreenPoint, Pramod headed quality functions in Bayer Business Services and QualityKiosk. He was instrumental in setting up QM strategies across the organizations and led companies to ISO 9001:2008 at the organizational level. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Computers) and a post graduate degree in Quality Management. He is certified as a lead auditor for ISO 9001:2008, Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP and is a member of ISQ (Indian Society for Quality).
